At Infovexo SpA (hereinafter "Infovexo", "we" or "the Platform"), we are committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of our users in accordance with Law No. 19,628 on the Protection of Private Life and its amendments, as well as the applicable regulatory framework in the Republic of Chile.

To exercise these rights, you may send a request to privacy@infovexo.com, attaching a copy of your identity document. We will respond within a maximum of 10 business days.

Infovexo does not transfer personal data to third parties, except in the following cases: (a) When necessary to comply with legal obligations before competent authorities; (b) To technology service providers acting as data processors, under strict confidentiality and security conditions; (c) When the data subject has given express consent. In the event of international data transfers, we will ensure that the destination country offers adequate levels of protection.
